Cancellations and rescheduling
Appointments made with Courtney McGuire will require a 50% deposit for services over $100 . Policies do vary upon stylists and are stated during the booking process on each stylists’ booking site. Kindly notify us of any conflicts within your schedule regarding your appointment and allow 24 hours notice of any cancellation or rescheduling needed. Failure to communicate by email (“contact us” form or ManePoughkeepsie@gmail.com ), Instagram Direct Message or to manage your appointment on booking sites may result in a no-show fee or forfeiture of deposit charged to the card in which the reservation was made. Booking sites state, “By adding your credit information, you are agreeing to the cancellation terms and policies.”. We understand when unforeseen circumstances arise. Please understand our schedules are rarely salvaged when a no show/ last minute cancellation occurs.
Payment and Tipping
Forms of payment accepted are cash, visa, mastercard, american express, personal checks and most mobile payments.
All tips must be payed in cash. Thank you!
Events
A 50% deposit will be required to hold appointment times for parties with 3 or more guests.
Due to high demand, we will only be accepting large parties (3 or more) to existing clientele. Thank you for your understanding.
